In watercolor, it is important to be mindful of the color of the erasers you use. Some erasers can smear color behind them on your nice white paper. This eraser is white and designed to be be very thorough while still being gentle on your paper. This is the same type of eraser as the Tombow Mono Mechanical Detail Eraser, but in chunk form. It does a very good job of erasing pencil lines while not destroying your paper, or creating much dust.
